Fuzzy Feelings is a rhyming story brought to life by colourful Fuzzy characters.

An easy and simple way to help children understand and manage some of the different feelings they experience.  Using the different colours the reader will be able to relate to a particular feeling which could help them explain their emotions.

This story was written to help my autistic son understand his own feelings and has really helped us as a family. This will be enjoyed by all children and benefit those who are neurodiverse.
